Candidates will be required to attend in-person training in our Maitland, FL office for the first 4-6 weeks.

Schedule

Monday through Friday 11:30 am – 8:00 pm EST (training schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST for the first 4‑6 weeks).

Compensation

$16.50 per hour plus a variable pay (performance bonuses).

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional and empathetic assistance. Every call you take is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers’ lives and contribute to the overall success of our company.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with precision, turning potentially challenging situations into positive experiences.
  • Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, ensuring each interaction is memorable and impactful.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to continuously improve our processes and enhance the customer journey.
Essential Skills for Creating a Lasting Impact
  • Requirements: Must have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber with 25 Mbps or higher) with the ability to directly connect to a router (wired) if negative call quality is observed when using a wireless connection. Satellite, dial‑up or personal hot spots are not permitted.
  • Abilities: Ability to handle complex customer interactions, exceptional communication skills, proficient troubleshooting and problem‑solving and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of customer service call‑center experience preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Location: Within a 4‑hour drive of our Maitland, FL office.
