Airframe & Powerplant (A P) Mechanic or Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
  • Perform mechanical tasks such as diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery.
  • Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run‑ups.
  • Carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines.
  • Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.
Qualifications
  • High school education or GED required.
  • A P license required.
  • Knowledge of 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43 required.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with varied jet, turboprop, piston, modification, aircraft/flight maintenance.
