Service Business Development Representative

Starling Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and dynamic Service Business Development Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role plays a crucial part in driving service business growth by engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and promoting our exceptional automotive services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for the automotive industry.

• Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to promote Starling Chevrolet’s service offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads to maximize service department opportunities and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely follow-up.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Identify trends and customer feedback to provide insights for service improvements.

• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up abilities.
  
  Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a collaborative team approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
