Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, Wed 06:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and report relevant activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft‑related activity, and/or other concerning behavior.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities accurately and communicate professionally with local management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal team members as needed.

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
