Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require follow-up.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry, badge verification, and/or basic directions for guests and contractors.

+ Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced business environment.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
