Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a well-established engineering contractor operating within the geotechnical and civil engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing business delivering complex infrastructure and ground engineering projects across Scotland.

The Role:

Manage projects from pre-start through to completion
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and materials
Maintain strong client relationships and oversee project documentation
Monitor commercial performance, cost control and programme delivery
Lead site teams and drive high standards across safety, quality and performance    
About You & Requirements:
 
Experience managing geotechnical, foundations, piling or civil engineering projects
Strong operational and commercial awareness
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
Full UK driving licence
