Salary Range: $45-$50 per hour

Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (no weekend rotation)

Facility: 97-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) on a beautiful campus

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a 97‑bed skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their speech and language abilities and a strong understanding of the unique needs of the geriatric population.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders.
• Provide therapy sessions to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication and maintaining progress.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Stay current on advancements and best practices in speech‑language pathology.

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license or eligibility for state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SNF setting preferred.
• Experience working with geriatric population preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
