This full-time role seeks an experienced IT Support Analyst to manage healthcare service desk inquiries. You will document solutions and utilize diagnostic tools for effective issue resolution. Collaborate directly with users while maintaining essential records to fulfill Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide initial support through various communication channels
• Gather detailed information by building rapport with users
• Prioritize service requests in line with established processes
• Accurately document and escalate incidents when necessary
• Track incidents towards successful resolution
Requirements:
• 1+ years of IT help desk experience
• College diploma or university degree in computer science
• Preferred certifications: A+, MCSE, ITIL
• Knowledgeable in desktop/server OS and peripherals
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
