Join Aecon Nuclear in Bowmanville, ON as a Learning Analyst to enhance training effectiveness through data analysis and visualization. Support educational outcomes and operational alignment on groundbreaking projects in nuclear infrastructure.

As a Learning Analyst, you'll report to the Onboarding & Training Manager, collaborating with the Nuclear Learning Experience Designer. Your main goal is to analyze training data and improve instructional strategies. You will conduct needs assessments and develop visual dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret training data for decision-making

• Develop reports on training effectiveness and metrics

• Partner with Learning Experience Designer to identify training gaps

• Assist in developing training plans and learning objectives

• Maintain dashboards and data visualizations for reporting

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI

• Strong analytical skills for data translation

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

• Attention to detail with high accuracy commitment
