Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate continuous improvement in care quality

• Organize and maintain individualized care plans

• Administer medications according to established protocols

• Supervise and support care staff in their duties

• Keep thorough and accurate care records

Requirements:

• Must hold an RPN license from the CNO

• Required certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED

• Relevant RPN experience in healthcare preferred

• Strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities

• Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
