Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise RN’s and RPN’s adhering to practice standards
• Address community staff and patient concerns effectively
• Lead regular huddles and one-on-one meetings
• Document patient safety incidents and action plans
• Collaborate on clinical submissions meeting funder guidelines
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 5 years as practicing Registered Nurse
• Strong patient health assessment and community nursing skills
• Proven experience in team leadership and management
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
