Shape your nursing career as a Full-Time Registered Nurse in diverse Ontario locations. This role supports community-based healthcare through scheduled home visits for patients of varying needs.
We're hiring 17 Registered Nurses to provide essential care across Oshawa, Whitby, and more. You will utilize your nursing skills to assess, monitor, and support patients in maintaining comfort oy autonomy while being part of a collaborative, supportive nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute individualized care plans proactively
• Engage patients using a collaborative approach
• Update and maintain accurate patient records
• Analyze symptoms and report changes in conditions
• Assist in surgical procedures and medical interventions
Requirements:
• Valid Nursing degree and CNO registration
• Clear TB test and Vulnerable Sector Screen
• Applicable driver's license and vehicle access
• CPR certification and community care experience preferred
• Flexibility for on-call coverage needed
