Position: Temporary Full Time Critical Care Nurse

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a current good standing in Ontario and will hold a Critical Care Certificate. You will play a vital role in delivering proficient nursing care, effectively communicating with patients, and collaborating with an interprofessional team. Adopting safe health practices and effective workload prioritization will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care within critical care settings

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medication procedures

• Engage in teamwork with healthcare professionals

• Uphold safety and health policies during all duties

• Adjust to various patient needs and manage competing priorities

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Critical Care Certificate from an accredited institution

• At least 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience

• Demonstrated critical thinking and communication skills
