We are looking for two Registered Practical Nurses to provide top-tier patient care within our dynamic team. As an RN, you will assess, plan, and administer care while maintaining high standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Your proactive approach to nursing and patient care will be essential in achieving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement individualized nursing plans
• Responsible for medication administration as prescribed
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control standards
• Engage in routine assessments and patient education
• Support patient mobility and safety during care
Requirements:
• Practical Nurse Diploma from a recognized institution
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in nephrology preferred
• Current B.C.L.S. certification
• Effective communication and empathetic approach
