Provide vital nursing support as a Registered Practical Nurse in a collaborative healthcare setting. Work alongside dynamic professionals to ensure residents receive top-notch compassionate care.
This role requires implementing nursing care protocols to meet resident needs, in compliance with health care acts. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement unit policies in collaboration with peers
• Report significant resident changes to physicians
• Supervise Personal Support Workers' daily activities
• Participate in communication during shift reports
• Collaborate for comprehensive resident care
Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience in long-term care nursing
• Familiarity with health regulations and standards
• Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Commitment to nursing excellence and resident dignity
