Position: Accounting & Reporting Specialist Role

In this key role, you will provide comprehensive transactional support throughout the complete accounting cycle. Collaborate with various business units to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting while validating processes. Your analytical skills will help identify discrepancies and optimize financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile budgets and forecasts from data analysis

• Prepare memos with variance explanations

• Ensure compliance by reconciling Purchase Orders

• Update Billing Reports with YTD information

• Set up Accounts Receivable and manage entries

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in accounting preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective communication and troubleshooting skills
