In this key position, you will assist the Controller by coordinating accounting operations and supporting the financial reporting process. You'll supervise teams in accounts payable and project accounting while ensuring compliance with procedures and timeliness. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering accurate financial data and managing organizational priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end close and account reconciliations
• Manage project accounting and cost recognition activity
• Ensure consistent application of accounting standards
• Leader for accounts payable team and project collaboration
• Identify opportunities for improvement within accounting processes
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years accounting experience, construction is beneficial
• Required people management capabilities
• CPA designation is preferred; experience in public accounting is advantageous
• Strong full-cycle accounting knowledge
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
