Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques regularly

• Maintain, balance, and update financial records and accounts

• Prepare financial statements and other accounting reports

• Ensure trial balances accurately reflect fiscal health

• Utilize both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Requirements:

• Over five years of experience in bookkeeping

• Relevant college or diploma in accounting (1-2 years)

• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Windows, and Quick Books

• Ability to work independently and under pressure
