CLV Group seeks a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Ottawa office. You will be integral in ensuring the transparency and accuracy of financial operations for our diverse real estate investments. Key Responsibilities:

• Own full cycle accounting for investment portfolios

• Lead preparation of income statements and cash flow reports

• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and controls

• Support external audits and technical inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related

• Full cycle accounting experience in real estate

• CPA designation preferred but not mandatory

• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment

• Proficient with accounting systems, Premier proficiency advantageous
