Our reputable client in the professional services sector is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper for their Ottawa office. You will manage daily financial operations, including accurate record-keeping, payroll processing, and supporting invoicing and payments. The role is critical for ensuring that the company’s financial data remains reliable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain comprehensive financial records and ledgers
• Manage payroll, HST remittances, and ROE submissions
• Track expenses, disbursements, and billing accurately
• Prepare invoices and process payments effectively
• Support budgeting activities and financial reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
• Post-secondary education in accounting preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Previous Quick Books experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
