We are urgently seeking a meticulous Bilingual Billing Specialist to support our financial operations.
Your role will cover critical tasks in billing, invoicing, and payment processing while ensuring accurate client communication. A passion for detail and efficiency will be key to success in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate and final invoices for client review
• Ensure timely, professional distribution of invoices
• Verify billing entries for compliance and accuracy
• Follow up on outstanding invoices effectively
• Manage processing of client payments and record keeping
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in billing
• Bilingual in English and French with strong writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with billing software preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
