The ideal candidate will execute day-to-day accounting functions which include managing accounts payable, processing invoices, and performing crucial month-end and year-end close tasks. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving, will be critical to the finance team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely process accounts payable and vendor payments

• Manage accounts receivable including invoicing and collections

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and handle discrepancies

• Prepare and maintain journal entries for ledger accuracy

• Facilitate month-end and year-end financial closing activities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounting experience required

• In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce and ADP Workforce Now is a plus
