This role is essential for ensuring accurate payment processing and coordination within a tight-knit team. You will handle invoices, prepare cheque runs, and manage vendor accounts while also assisting with front-office tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and prepare cheque runs accurately
• Coordinate outgoing payments to vendors and ensure accuracy

• Assist with bank deposits and manage mail and courier packages
Requirements:
• Experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in property management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
