In this permanent, full-time role, you will oversee the logistics and administrative tasks of high-profile Senate events, ensuring their success. Your diplomatic skills will be essential as you collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage events like the Opening of Parliament, and provide strategic input for ceremonies.

Your role will also cover administrative coordination within the Usher of the Black Rod's office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize major Senate events and ceremonial functions

• Draft correspondence and manage complex logistics

• Advise senior team members on sensitive matters

• Coordinate with dignitaries and internal parties

• Implement records and information management systems

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or combined experience
