Join Invest Ottawa as the Venture Programs Coordinator, a pivotal role designed for highly organized individuals with a knack for logistics and analysis. This hybrid position includes required in-office days each month.
As you report to the Manager of Venture Programs Initiatives, your focus will be on managing logistics for a variety of program events and initiatives. You will handle participant registrations, venue arrangements, and ensure that all communication and documentation are meticulously prepared. Your input will help streamline operations and improve team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage logistics for program-specific events
• Facilitate participant registrations and catering needs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and monthly newsletters
• Collaborate with teams to identify operational efficiencies
• Support financial processes and manage invoices
Requirements:
• Minimum certificate in Business Administration
• 1-2 years of administrative or operational experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Interest in the technology startup ecosystem
