The Customer Care Representative provides exceptional customer service and support to Homeowners, Inspectors, Trades, and the Supervisor at the development site.
In This Role, You Will:- Address pre‑occupancy and post‑possession homeowner concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule services with sub‑trades to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure superior homeowner satisfaction and fostering long‑term customer loyalty.
- Respond promptly to homeowner enquiries.
- Other duties as required to support organizational objectives.
- Post‑Secondary Education, preferably in Administration or a Construction‑related field.
- Prior relevant experience in the construction industry, with familiarity with the Tarion Warranty program considered an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management abilities, and keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and unsupervised, while also thriving in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
- Ability to travel to construction sites when required.
