Drive success as a Project Coordinator at Teraflex, managing critical construction projects. This full-time, onsite position is integral to maintaining project integrity and timelines.
As the Project Coordinator, you report to the Director of Operations and work with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of projects are executed flawlessly. From tracking budgets to coordinating teams, your role is essential for the successful delivery of services in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver projects on time and align with budget parameters
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors effectively
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics
• Maintain detailed project documentation and compliance
• Conduct quality assurance audits on completed work
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a Project Coordinator role
• Educational background in Engineering, Construction, or related
• Strong communication skills, bilingualism is preferred
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Software
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
