As a Scaled Customer Success Manager at Barracuda, you'll oversee a large portfolio, using analytics and automation tools to engage customers effectively. You will guide clients through onboarding and ensure they realize value from Barracuda's cybersecurity solutions. Your mission is to enhance customer health while proactively addressing churn risks in a strategic way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer engagement through lifecycle emails and campaigns
• Guide customers during onboarding and value realization
• Monitor usage and risk indicators to reduce churn
• Build scalable customer success programs with Gainsight and Salesforce
• Collaborate cross-functionally to represent customer needs
Requirements:
• Experience in Scaled Customer Success or SaaS roles
• Strong knowledge of SaaS customer life cycles
• Comfortable working with data and dashboards
• Excellent written communication skills
• Familiarity with customer success platforms preferred
