• Accurately enroll guests in the Unity Rewards loyalty program

• Provide support during gaming promotions and events

• Address guest complaints and serve as a communication bridge to management

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of guest areas

• Handle cash and credit transactions securely

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in guest service roles preferred

• Effective English communication skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
