Your expertise will drive ticket sales through effective promotions while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. You will also support team development in customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage box office operations and sales processes

• Coordinate ticket printing and promotional activities

• Mentor team members in guest service excellence

• Monitor performance and staff scheduling

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reconciliation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and supervisory experience in entertainment

• Familiarity with Ticketmaster and TM1 systems

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Customer service and training experience necessary

• Flexibility to work weekends and events
