This full-time permanent position requires a qualified individual with managerial experience in Casino Cage operations. You'll supervise daily tasks while ensuring compliance with AGCO regulations and facilitating staff development. Building strong relationships with both team members and customers is crucial to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily Cage operations for security and compliance
• Train and appraise staff performance effectively
• Resolve customer disputes in a professional manner
• Collaborate with vendors and support inter-department interactions
• Perform MOD responsibilities as required
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a Casino Cage
• Proficient communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
• Must obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant
