Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries to ensure accurate financial records

• Assist with month-end close and accuracy of reporting

• Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and resolve issues

• Handle intercompany transactions to sustain clean balances

• Support accounts receivable processes including adjustments

Requirements:

• 3 to 4+ years of accounting experience in a hands-on role

• Familiarity with reconciliations and month-end processes

• Preferred experience in fast-paced, multi-entity environments

• Excel proficiency and knowledge of ERP systems (Yardi beneficial)

• Strong attention to detail with an eagerness to learn
