The Financial Controller oversees all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. This role leads a small accounting team while managing cash flow, credit, foreign exchange, and statutory reporting to support executive decision‑making and maintain the company’s financial health.

• Manage cash flow and oversee month‑end/year‑end closing
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and performance reports
• Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations
• Conduct credit analysis, monitor collections, and manage FX risk
• Ensure compliance with taxes, audits, payroll, and internal controls
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives

• CPA designation;
  Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 7–10 years in accounting/finance, including team leadership
• Experience in cash flow, credit, FX, and reporting (import/export/trading preferred)
• Advanced Excel;
  Microsoft Business Central and Power BI an asset
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
