Experienced Scrum Master

Position: Experienced Scrum Master Wanted
Elevate your Scrum leadership skills as a Scrum Master for a hybrid role at the Bank of Canada. This position includes 12 days on-site each month in Ottawa, focusing on agile team management.

Ideal candidates have over three years' experience as a Scrum Master, leading Operational IT Scrum Teams within IT operations. You will leverage tools like Atlassian JIRA and Service Now ITSM for effective project management while addressing customer needs. This role calls for a proactive approach to continuous improvement and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct multiple Operational IT Scrum Teams

• Employ Atlassian JIRA for project management

• Oversee incident management and service requests

• Interface with customers to enhance project delivery

• Cultivate agile practices across teams

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master or Professional (CSM or CSP)

• At least three years of relevant Scrum Master experience

• Solid background in IT operations and service management

• Proficiency in Service Now ITSM modules

• Agile Leader or Kanban Management Professional is preferred
