Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert support on desktop and office technology
• Manage refresh projects and device imaging tasks
• Conduct hardware troubleshooting and setup activities
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle tracking
• Enforce endpoint security policies and compliance
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Minimum four years of IT experience
• At least three years in laptop refresh projects
• Proficiency in using Service Now and SCCM
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware issues
