In this role, you will conduct in-person interviews and documents to assess new and existing host families. You will work a hybrid schedule, ensuring hosts meet CHN's standards of care. Your sales and communication skills will help promote the CHN program effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interview and assess potential hosts for suitability
• Complete home visits to verify family environments
• Email documentation while following CHN compliance guidelines
• Build positive relationships within the local community
• Collaborate with team members and attend meetings
Requirements:
• Bilingualism in English and French required
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Organizer with attention to detail in documentation
• Experience with international cultures preferred
• Must pass Criminal Record Check and hold a valid driver's license
Utilize your language skills and empathy in supporting international students’ journeys in Canada.
