In this permanent position, reporting to the Program Lead, you'll assess new and existing families to meet the CHN standards. Your bilingual proficiency in English and French, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will help in promoting the CHN Host program effectively. Expect to engage in both daytime and evening activities, maintaining a pivotal role within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-person interviews and home assessments for host families
• Validate information and revisit existing hosts as needed
• Follow CHN protocols for document submission
• Promote the CHN Host program within the community
• Cultivate and maintain team relationships
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English and French
• Effective sales and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of international student cultures
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Completion of criminal background checks
