Position: CLV Group Property Maintenance Technician
Elevate resident satisfaction as a Property Maintenance Technician with CLV Group at Avalon Park in Ottawa. Ensure timely maintenance responses and upkeep of living environments and amenities.

The Property Maintenance Technician will be integral to supporting Avalon Park, a community home to more than 800 families. With tasks that range from repairs to landscaping, you will ensure the property remains attractive and safe. Your hands-on experience in maintenance will be crucial for daily operations and resident engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally

• Carry out repairs and general maintenance on the property

• Monitor and maintain common area fixtures and equipment

• Perform property inspections for necessary repairs

• Collaborate effectively with site staff and vendors

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience in a maintenance or support role

• Knowledge of residential systems and fixtures

• Proficient English verbal communication

• Physically able to handle manual work

• Must pass a criminal background check
