Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks

• Conduct thorough inspections across all areas

• Maintain and monitor drainage systems on the property

• Coordinate activities of third-party service contractors

• Act promptly in emergency situations

Requirements:

• Ability to maintain Government of Canada security clearance

• Expertise in building and plant repairs essential

• Awareness of safe work practices in maintenance

• Experience with HVAC systems preferred

• Possess a valid driver’s license to navigate sites
