Maintenance Supervisor

Position: Campus Living Centres Maintenance Supervisor
Be a key player at Campus Living Centres as the Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for ensuring all maintenance aspects operate efficiently and safely. Your leadership will keep the building in excellent condition.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will conduct essential checks every day to verify that all systems are functioning well. You'll lead a team in performing repairs and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will work closely with contractors while maintaining meticulous records of all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor utility meters and ensure fire safety compliance

• Lead and train the maintenance team effectively

• Evaluate contractor performance and service quality

• Document all maintenance activities thoroughly

• Handle on-call emergencies as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with a college diploma preferred

• At least 2 years of relevant experience required

• Proficient knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Positive and proactive attitude towards challenges
