This full-time role involves routine maintenance, management of building equipment, and supporting health and safety practices. You will coordinate with various teams including the Bayview Experience Team and vendors to enhance daily operations and address urgent maintenance needs. Your proficiency in managing HVAC and building controls will be crucial for a seamless tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards for facilities and grounds

• Operate and monitor architectural and safety systems

• Act as secondary contact in emergencies

• Support health and safety compliance

• Engage in site-specific projects and operations

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of facilities experience

• High School Diploma required; relevant college degree is an asset

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Strong organizational and operational skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams
