Become a key player in residential upkeep as a Residential Maintenance Worker. This full-time role involves routine maintenance duties, emergency on-call responsibilities, and ensuring the property's safety and functionality.

We are looking for a reliable maintenance worker with 3-5 years of related experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, alongside mechanical systems knowledge. Key responsibilities also include pool maintenance and ensuring health and safety compliance for all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine mechanical and systems checks across the property

• Complete monthly maintenance work orders promptly

• Resolve various maintenance issues, including repairs and replacements

• Conduct regular pool and spa inspections for safety compliance

• Manage seasonal tasks like snow removal and de-icing

Requirements:

• Clean criminal record check required

• High school diploma with 3-5 years relevant experience

• Ability to perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs

• Good communication skills and fluency in English

• Capacity for light to medium lifting, up to 50 lbs
