Live-In Property Maintenance Technician

In this live-in position, you will serve as a key member of the Avalon Park team, responsible for routine and urgent maintenance requests. With over 800 residents, your efforts in general repairs, inspections, and upkeep of shared spaces will directly impact living standards. Experience in property maintenance or facilities support is essential for ensuring that all amenities remain modern and functional.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents promptly
• Perform general repairs in common areas and suites
• Conduct regular inspections for maintenance needs
• Assist with landscaping and seasonal operations
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in work areas
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance
• Basic tools for completing maintenance tasks
• Understanding of residential building systems
• Reliability and excellent communication skills
• Background check completion required
