In this Lead Officer role, you will oversee maintenance planning and scheduling efforts within the Facilities Planning and Logistics team. With a required 5 years of experience in building systems or related environments, strong client service, and communication skills are essential. You will collaborate with maintenance teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure high-quality maintenance service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and schedule work requests using CMMS effectively
• Review work requests for accuracy to optimize service
• Coordinate meetings to prioritize work orders and maintenance schedules
• Develop Job Plans and maintain inventory of critical parts
• Track performance metrics and generate KPI reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance environments
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
