Property Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs during occupancy and turnovers

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance of properties

• Maintain all amenities in working order

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls

• Complete approved maintenance related work orders

Requirements:

• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and finishing work

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Own vehicle with a clean driver's abstract

• Tools necessary for task completion

• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule
