Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections and document maintenance needs

• Assist with building repairs, landscaping, and snow removal

• Submit daily and weekly maintenance reports

• Coordinate with yard staff regarding maintenance supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in building maintenance

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license required

• Basic computer skills necessary
