Position: Property Cleaner Needed
Join CLV Group as a Live-In Property Cleaner at Avalon Park, Ottawa. This key role focuses on ensuring cleanliness and hygiene for the thriving community of over 800 residents.

We are actively seeking a Live-In Property Cleaner for Avalon Park. You'll be responsible for routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, sanitizing bathrooms, and maintaining shared spaces. Additional responsibilities include deep cleaning, responding to maintenance requests, and engaging in seasonal snow removal.

Your role ensures a welcoming environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine cleaning tasks effectively

• Sanitize bathrooms and common areas regularly

• Respond promptly to cleaning requests

• Conduct deep cleaning when needed

• Assist with snow removal during winter months

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning/janitorial work preferred

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Basic communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal skills and community-focused

• Must complete a criminal record check
