Responsibilities include cleaning shared spaces, restrooms, and assisting during move-ins and move-outs of tenants. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean all stairwells, hallways, parkades, and restrooms

• Maintain cleanliness in exercise equipment areas

• Remove debris and manage garbage disposal

• Sanitize hard surfaces and disinfect restroom facilities

• Report any maintenance issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred
