Generator Service Associate Position

Become a vital part of our Field Service Team as a Generator Service Associate, engaging with equipment maintenance and supporting technicians in the field.

Your role will focus on delivering top-notch customer service with a hands-on approach.

As a Generator Service Associate, you'll assist in preparing equipment, delivering parts, and performing on-site repairs. Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions safely will enhance your effectiveness. You will also maintain the cleanliness of work areas and ensure that all equipment remains in optimal condition, highlighting your commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technicians during repair and maintenance tasks

• Prepare equipment and ensure safety guidelines are adhered to

• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of work environment

• Complete daily tasks and submit accurate documentation

• Assist in generator rentals and logistical duties

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Proficient troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Flexibility for on-call responsibilities

• Relevant post-secondary education is a plus

• Familiarity with MS Office and safety protocols
