The Explorer Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Technician who can manage a range of tasks from general repairs to preventative maintenance.

Your role will involve troubleshooting guest service requests and ensuring that both building systems and guest facilities remain in excellent condition. If you appreciate variety and hands-on work in hospitality, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and handyman services throughout the hotel

• Quickly respond to guest repair and service requests

• Maintain and repair essential hotel systems and equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and thorough inspections

• Interact professionally with guests regarding their needs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance or facilities is mandatory

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail

• Ability to operate independently and manage a range of tasks

• Experience in hospitality or working with multi-unit buildings is a plus

• Must be willing to relocate to Yellowknife, NT
